- No CE is requested for AL (30 days), AZ (75 days), AR (60 days), KS (90 days), KY (60 days), LA (30 days), NM (90 days), OK (90 days), or WV (30 dys). If you are seeking CE, we would have to file for CE at least the number of days listed above in advance. Or you may contact your State Board directly to see if they would accept an Attendance Verification after attending the course. There may be an extra fee associated with CE filing for these states.
- TN credits will not be available.
- One (1) STATE CE is included with your registration. Additional states' CE are available at $25 each.
- The following states require $5 for DIRECT NOTIFICATION: AB (Alberta), AL, DE, FL, KY, MS, NC, ND, NV, SD, TX, WV, PR (Puerto Rico).

YOU CAN NOT TRANSFER CREDIT TOWARDS WEBINARS, ONLINE COURSES, OR HANDS-ON WORKSHOPS. There is a $50 registration transfer fee plus any difference (if applicable) in tuition for the future course.
- Definition of Student and Doctor DC for Registration: A student is one who has yet to graduate. A doctor is a graduate.
