Part II Cox® Certification Course - How Is Cox® Technic Applied and Integrated into a Clinical Practice.

• Part II continues the didactic discussion of spine pain conditions with a focus on disc-related conditions and spinal stenosis.
• This course is a mix of the research and clinical application for attendee implementation.
• This course makes sure that the hands-on application is proper with hands-on training emphasis. 
• Small groups lead by experienced, Certified Cox®-Technic chiropractic instructors focus on the application of the protocols. 
• The certification examination is offered optionally.

• CE CREDITS: CE is applied for FL, GA, NY, NC, PA, SC, VA via National University of Health Sciences. 

• If you are seeking CE, PLEASE CALL FIRST.  We would have to file for CE at least the # of days required OR MORE in advance. Or you may contact your State Board directly to see if they would accept an Attendance Verification after attending the course. There may be an extra fee associated with CE filing for these states.  

• One STATE CE is included with your registration. Additional states' CE are available at $25 each.
• These states require SPECIAL NOTIFICATION - $20 each: AK, FL, ME, MN, NC, ND, NH, NH, NV, SD, TX.

• Registration Cancellation/Transfer Policy: All registrations are non-refundable. If you cannot attend the selected and registered on-site seminar, you may transfer your paid credit towards a future on-site seminar within a year of the initial payment date. YOU CAN NOT TRANSFER CREDIT TOWARDS WEBINARS, ONLINE COURSES, OR HANDS-ON WORKSHOPS. There is a $50 registration transfer fee plus any difference (if applicable) in tuition for the future course. 
• Part II Attendance & Certification: Starting January 2011 (If you took Part I prior to January 2011, you are exempt from this.), Part II must be taken within 2 years of your Part I attendance. 
• Students Who Take Part II By Exemption from Part I: Students who take and pass successfully a course in school about flexion-distraction from an instructor actively certified in Cox® Technic are exempt from taking Part I if they take the Part II course within two years of graduation.
• Definition of Student and Doctor DC for Registration: A student is one who has yet to graduate. A doctor is a graduate.
• Videotaping and/or Audio Recording of any kind at a Cox® Seminar are prohibited.
