All online registration forms must be accompanied by payment to hold your space or we cannot honor it. All reservations must be accompanied by a two night room deposit. No refunds of registration fees will be made after Friday, November 20th, 2020. If hotel reservations are cancelled after Friday, November 20th, 2020, the registrant will be responsible for all room charges including tax. All hotel related charges will be billed to the registrant upon cancellation.

Negotiated room rates three days prior to and three days after UCA’s convention (subject to availability).

All rooms are subject to state, local & room taxes. 

Room type and bed preferences are not guaranteed. 

Porterage charges, housekeeping fees & taxes/service charge are not included in the room rates & will be billed directly to your room upon checkout.

There are limited direct flights to and from Aruba. Do not wait to book your airfare. 

Once you've completed the online registration, please send a copy of your flight itinerary to UCA Staff! It's also important to alert staff with any dietary restrictions and/or allergies in advance.
