Speaker Bio:

Alyson Mckinster “Aly” is a Senior Manager in Organizational Performance, Development and Design. She comes from Predictive Index Headquarters with a keen focus on understanding people’s motivational drives and needs and how these relate to interpersonal communication, team dynamics and strategy execution within a business.

Prior to working with Predictive Index at Wipfli, Alyson has built multiple sales and account management teams. With her background in Psychology and psychometrics, she found the Predictive Index while looking for the best possible tool to help explain the behaviors of her teams.

Alyson is currently obsessed with the Predictive Index’s newest tool: Team Discovery. This tool allows clients to see how their team communicates, takes action, and makes decisions based on their collective behavioral drives and needs of the group.  It also allows clients to see how their team dynamic matches their current strategy. It then shares insights into some strengths and potential blind spots as it relates to the team dynamic and the work that needs to be done. Ie: This tool helps identify which individual’s behavioral drives are best matched for your current project focus and which team members may need further support.
