Promoting Consumer Healthcare Management Event presented by ICL HealthCare Choices 

Finding quality healthcare can be difficult. For people with complex care needs, the experience can be even tougher. ICL HealthCare Choices (HCC) invites you and your staff to a health education forum on Promoting Consumer Healthcare Management which is designed to foster dialogue between peers who serve people with developmental disabilities and/or mental illness.

Ten years ago, HCC was founded with the mission to provide quality, integrated medical and mental health services to a population with specific needs and a history of fragmented care. HCC is an Article 28 health clinic specializing in providing consumers with the primary care, specialty services (e.g. dentistry, podiatry, pulmonology, cardiology and more) and therapeutic services they need to live their best life, physically and mentally.  

We encourage you to extend this invitation to representatives in your organization including direct service staff, residential healthcare staff and other staff involved with complex healthcare issues for people with disabilities.
