CalAPA 2017 Annual Dinner 

Please join us for the 2017 California Asphalt Pavement Association Annual Dinner at the elegant Jonathan Club in downtown Los Angeles. It will be a memorable night of delicious food, fine wine and pleasant conversation with your fellow asphalt industry leaders and spouses. The Board of Directors Meeting (Board members and invited guests only) will take place in the afternoon from noon until 5 p.m., and the dinner (all members and invited guests welcome) will begin at 5:30 p.m.

The keynote speaker for the dinner is Assemblyman Jim Frazier (11th Assembly District, pictured at left), who is chairman of the powerful Assembly Transportation Committee. He will provide her insight into legislative matters, including efforts to move forward with a comprehensive transportation funding plan for California.

 The evening program will also include installation of association officers for and special recognitions. Seating is limited so advanced reservations are required and should be made early.  Tickets are $199 and must be purchased  no later than Jan. 12. Tickets purchased after Jan. 12 are $219. A limited number of rooms at a special room rate of $175 (standard room) are available at the Jonathan Club for those attending the Annual Dinner. A few Standard Suites are reserved at $190 per room. The gala reception will include a limited host bar and delicious hors d'oeuvres, including shrimp cocktail, chilled jumbo shrimp served with fresh horseradish cocktail sauce and fresh oysters served on the half-shell. The dinner entree includes the Jonathan Club's famed filet mignon and Sand Dabs, or a vegetarian dish upon request. A selection of fine wines will be served, and a special New Year's Resolution-busting dessert.
