EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION: Statewide Transition Conference for Parents

On November 4, 2017, The Arc of Massachusetts presents its third all-day statewide Transition conference for parents of children with disabilities.  “Transition from School to Adult Life” will take place at the College of the Holy Cross 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.  

The Arc of Massachusetts is excited to offer exhibitor tables for this event (accommodation up to 390 individuals).  We are looking for organizations that  represent the education, needs, and/or service aspects of benefit to the attendees at the conference.  Because the number of tables is limited, sign up will be based on first come, first serve basis.  

Exhibitors will be provided one table and one buffet lunch. To maximize space tables will be shared and the display width narrow ( 6") so please adjust accordingly.  We do not recommend using any floor displays. Additonal buffet lunch tickets may be added for $40.  Please let us know any dietary restrictions.

Registration deadline is October 20, 2017.

Cancellations received in writing at least 14 days before the event will receive a full refund of monies paid, less a $50 processing fee. No refunds will be issued within seven days of the event, or for “no shows”.

Exhibitor Expectations/Requirements

Set-up:

• All exhibitors will be emailed a map with room layout(s) and table assignment one week prior to the conference.  Please bring the map/assignment to the event.
• Set-up is from 7:00 -7:30 AM the morning of the conference. 

General Registration:

• General Registration begins at 8:00 AM; conference start time: 9:00 AM. Please note that families will be visiting the exhibit halls as early as 8:00 AM.

Workshops:

• Exhibitors are expected to be present at their tables for the duration of the program, including lunch/breaks between workshops.   

Lunch:

• Exhibitors will be invited to the buffet lunch starting at 11:45.  Lunch begins for attendees at 12:00 Noon

Break-Down:

• All exhibitors must stay until 2:45 PM
• An announcement will be made during the lunch program to inform attendees what time the exhibitors will be staying until. Once the final session of workshops begins exhibitors can begin to break down and leave.
