Topic: "Grateful for Salads & Homemade Dressings"

Welcome to the CMH "Healthy Balance" Cooking Class! This FREE class is held the 2nd Monday of every month from 5 - 6 p.m. in CMH Community Rooms, 1500 N. Oakland, Bolivar.

Taught by Registered Dietitians, the class focuses on healthier eating habits. Participants will receive nutrition information and tips, recipe packets with nutrition analysis, samples of food prepared and a chance to win a door prize.

Although this event is free, registration is required. Hurry, class sizes are limited to 60 people each month.
