About the Presenters:

The discussion will be led by Jody Ruth, Founder & CEO of AccuMetrics LLC and Terry Hopkins, Team Lead, AccuMetrics LLC.  Jody has been both a strategic buyer and seller in a variety of industries as a senior executive of GTE Wireless and TWA valuing billions of dollars of acquisitions and divestures, leading due diligence efforts and ultimately integration efforts post acquisition.  Since leaving AOL, she has advised leadership teams on both the buy side and sell side of transactions and has focused a  substantial portion of her consulting practice advising middle market owners on the operating tactics and results necessary to drive revenues and profits and optimize exit value.  Several of her clients have had successful exits with publicly held strategic buyers.  Terry was instrumental in growing his government contracting division of EMS Technologies from $30m to $100m of revenues over an 8 year period.  He then moved into corporate financial planning and was responsible for analyzing more than 20 companies, executed multiple strategic acquisitions, and added more than $80m of annualized revenues and increased consolidated revenues by more than 20%.  Since joining AccuMetrics, Terry serves as controller for government contracting clients and advises on M&A and strategic assessment clients.
