It’s time for the 2016 NAMI Maryland Advocacy Day in Annapolis!!! This is an opportunity to come to the State Capitol and meet in-person with your elected officials and their legislative staff.
Registering to attend the 2016 NAMI Maryland Advocacy Day is important because it helps us to coordinate the day and track expected attendance.
- We are researching the possibility of providing transportation. If you need transportation and are interested, please contact Jess Honke at advocacy@namimd.org or at (301) 884-8691. Please note this is NOT a guarantee that transportation will be provided.
Agenda
7:30am - 8:00am Arrive in Annapolis, pickup packets (Room TBD)
8:00am-8:30am Breakfast and briefing
8:30am - noon Meetings with elected officials
Noon to 1:00pm Rally for Mental Health at Lawyers Mall
- Participants are more than welcome to stay and conduct meetings in the afternoon if you are unable to schedule them earlier in the day.
