Creating a Great Masonic Lodge Experience! 

This workshop is for your lodge team and as a team, you will learn about the process of building a great Masonic Lodge. Also, you will learn that while building a great lodge, you will be changing attitudes, processes and maybe some long-standing lodge traditions. So, this workshop is also about how to present new ideas, gain their acceptance, and then build a process that will sustain these ideas for a long time.

This workshop is not a lecture! It is a hands-on, practical process, that creates by end of the day, a strategic outline from which your team can begin improving and building a lodge experience that all your members will find valuable and rewarding.

Here is what to expect:   

1. All registrants will receive a pre-workshop exercise that they will complete on their own prior to the workshop.
2. During the workshop, each team will share their individual thoughts with their fellow team members and develop an outline of what the team believes is important to their lodge, what is it the lodge should be trying to accomplish, and who should benefit from the lodge activities.
3. Each team will then develop some statements that will become their lodge's vision and mission statements and create some broad goals and strategies for further dialogue among the team and the rest of their lodge.

A great Masonic Lodge experience can only be created by asking the right questions, building and empowering the right team and executing a well thought out plan. This workshop will help you do that.
