Sponsorship authorizes The Tristate Trauma Network to include your name and logo on all the written materials for the event consistent with your sponsorship selection below:
Platinum Sponsor: $2,500
8 Registrations ($1,200 value), keynote speaker intro ($500 value), plus booth ($200 value) & advertising benefits incl. social media recognition, large logo placement in program, flyer distribution to all attendees($600 value), logo on TTN website for 6 months ($600 value) = $3100 total value ($600 in free benefits)
Gold Sponsor: $1,700
5 registrations ($750 value) plus booth ($200 value) & advertising benefits incl. social media recognition, logo in program & flyer distribution to all attendees ($600 value), logo on TTN website for 6 months ($600 value) = $2150 total value ($450 in free benefits)
Silver Sponsor: $1,000
3 registrations ($450 value) plus booth ($200 value) & advertising benefits: medium sized logo in program, social media recognition, flyer distribution to all attendees ($600 value) = $1250 total value ($250 in free benefits)
Lunch Sponsor: $1000 Prominent signage at the buffet ($250 value), Logo in program ($150 value), and Verbal recognition at lunch break (pays for approx. 1/3 of lunch cost).
Bronze Sponsor: $600
2 registrations ($300 value), booth ($200 value) & advertising incl. social media recognition, small logo in program ($200 value) = $700 total value ($100 in free benefits)
Breakfast or PM Snack Sponsor: $500 Tented signage at the food table(s), Logo in program, Verbal acknowledgement at the conference. (No free registration included)
Vendor Table Sponsor: $300 - 1 registration ($150 value) plus booth ($200 value) = $350 total value
Advertisement Only: $150 - (No free registration included). Logo included in Marketing Materials (event page) and Program.
Scholarship Sponsor: $150 each
Each year we have individuals who ask for scholarships due to financial hardship. Your contribution will pay for a Consumer or someone else in need to attend. Scholarship recipients will be chosen based on expressed need & completion of scholarship application. Agency or Individual Name Included in Program.
*Any level sponsor may allocate some registrations to scholarships.

NOTE: Your confirmation of registration will include your code for Free Registrations and will ask you for the artwork for your logo. The benefit of confirming as a sponsor by the deadline September 15th is guaranteed inclusion in printed materials (marketing materials, program)
