Thank you for joining us for our GOYA Fall Retreat. This will take place on zoom!

 WHEN REGISTERING: 

• Please use whichever email is associcated with your Zoom account/the email your camper will sign on to Zoom with.
• Please use a desktop/laptop computer to register and not a smart phone. 
• While completing the online registration, the CAMPER is the PARTICIPANT and confirmation email will be sent to this address. 
• Whichever grade your camper is currently in, as of January 2020, is the grade they will register for.
• You will need to register each camper with a unique email. If you are registering more than one child for this session, you will need an additional email for each child.
  

• PARISH SCHOLARSHIPS: If your parish or church organization offers a grant/scholarship, obtain the scholarship code from your priest or youth advisor before registering.

• NEED-BASED FINANCIAL AID: If your parish is not offering a scholarship and you are in need of financial assitance, please email camp@pittsburgh.goarch.org prior to filling out this registration form.

• REQUIRED FORMS & DOCUMENTS: All necessary camp forms and policy documents will be sent prior to your camp session via email. Please let us know if you do not recieve a confirmation email upon completion of this registration by emailing camp@pittsburgh.goarch.org.
