Workshops/ fees: $125.00 per session

Scavenger Hunt & Trail Ride $75.00 

You can select just one day or you can join us for the entire weekend.   Discount on Complete Registration includes all  workshops & Scavenger Hunt/Trail Ride at a  price of $525.00 per rider. 

 Stalls $30.00 per night

RV hook up $30.00 per night

Shavings $7.00 per bag

Primitive camping is also available $15.00 per night

Haul In fee $10.00 (if hauling in for the day)

Room for portable pens, high line & trailer tying. 

 Participants will be responsible for their own meals throughout the weekend.  No concessions available.

Way more than just another Horsemanship Clinic!

Trail Horse Workshops, Obstacle  Practice Course, Demonstrations, Group activities & more! 

March 21st-24th, 2019 at a beautiful privately owned farm 

in Chesterfield, SC 

       

 Our goal is to inspire you to spend more time with your horse.

The privacy & amenities of this farm is just the location to relax with a small group of equestrians.  Enjoy sharing horsemanship with like minded folks along with other equine professionals in this beautiful setting. 

 

 Knowledge is a terrible thing to waste and we want

to share it with you.   

 You will also have time to enjoy the grounds, play on the obstacles and have use of the many arenas.  Miles of trails and many interesting sights to see on this farm consisting of over 1600 acres.

We are excited to share that Joe & Penny Most were the Winners of  the AQHA Trail Challenge Event hosted by AQHA in MO for the 2015 & 2016.  Advance your knowledge in all areas of horsemanship.  For any discipline a confident horse is a safer horse.   


Educational opportunities available during the weekend with Perfect Partners Equine-   

Thursday- 2 pm- 4 pm  

Getting Grounded-  This workshop is all about being focused, centered, and present. Being grounded also has a stabilizing effect on your body and your horse.  Basic to advanced ground skills as well as ground tying and mounting with relaxation.  

Friday 10am-12 pm  

Taking Up the Reins-This workshop is all about gaining control over speed, balance and coordination with confidence.  Basic to advanced riding skills including leads, lead departures, side pass and the back up. 

 Friday  2pm-4pm 

Riding into the Bridle-  This workshop will cover developing softness and collection and how to carry it forward.  For all levels of horse and rider.  

 Saturday 10am-12pm 

Surviving the Unexpected- This workshop will specifically work on preparation for those times when the unexpected happens.  Learn how to handle those scary situations if and when they arise.  The most gentle of horses can still be scared or spook.  Preparation is the key to confidence if and when it occurs.  

Saturday 2pm-4pm Scavenger Hunt & Trail Ride with prizes!

Sunday 10am-12pm  Weekend Wrap Up Session-  go over any of the areas of horsemanship that you feel you need guidance on before you leave and head home. (included for all clinic/workshop participants) 

 Also in the workshops listed above - some sessions will include navigating obstacles as well as spending time on the trail.   

Special Note on terrain-Shoes or boots are suggested with a mix of sand and some rocky footing in trail/obstacle areas.

  For all breeds & disciplines including beginner & advanced riders and/or horses.  


 

Horsemanship skills used in areas of trail riding, trail obstacles, dressage, reining, cattle work, horsemanship, ground work and liberty skills will all be a part of these workshops.

During the event you will have the opportunity to participate in equine demonstrations, class room/lecture events & spend time riding & working with your own horse with the coaching & guidance of  professionals.

  This Farm has a long history with horses and you will feel the spirit of the horse everywhere on the farm.
