Program Description:
This conversation will take the participant on a journey of empathic feeling, self-discovery, and inspired action. The participant will journey from overwhelm and potentially helplessness into discovering their existing superpowers that can be used immediately to affect change. The intention is to positively impact the DEI challenges many firms are facing while leaving the individuals who are meeting them feeling uplifted rather than drained. Solutions exist within each of us, they just need to be discovered.

Toussaint Bailey is the Founder and CEO of Uplifting Capital, a values-aligned investing platform that empowers financial advisors to provide their clients with personalized impact through private market investments.  Before Uplifting Capital, Toussaint was the CEO of Enso Wealth. He began his tenure there shortly after the firm’s formation in 2017 and oversaw its growth to nearly $2 billion of assets under management before his departure. Prior to financial services, Toussaint spent over a decade as a practicing attorney.  He serves in several advisory and board capacities which include, an advisory board member to Institutional Investor RIA Institute (Impact Investing and Implementation segment); on the Leadership Council to Financial Advisor IQ (Financial Times specialist publication for financial advisors); and as a committee member for ADISA's Impact and ESG committee.
