The Dayton Section of the American Society of Civil Engineers is hosting its Spring Seminar at Montgomery County Water Services 1850 Spaulding Road on Thursday, February 23, 2017. Highlights of this year’s seminar includes: Contractor Safety and Inspector Liability, Stormwater Permit Essentials for Inspectors, and Materials Testing.
