RJ 101 for Workplaces and Organizations
In this five-day online workshop, participants will be introduced to principles and processes of restorative justice and restorative practice, and develop skills in facilitating circles and restorative conversations. Participants will learn circle practices for prevention and response for everyday harms that occur in workplaces and organizations.
Class will be June 22-26 for two hours each day from 8am-10am PST.
The zoom link will be emailed out the morning of the first workshop meeting.
To make the most of the experience, participants will prepare for the training by completing several readings and watching short films, and will be asked to complete homework between sessions.
