As a teacher you embody the true definition of a leader. Each day you exhibit these characteristics, guiding and facilitating learning for all of the children in your classroom. Join me as we take a deeper dive into the true meaning of leadership and how to prioritize the many things you must accomplish each day.

 2. Director Track: "Quick Guide to Effective IT Solutions" John Ball and Sandeep Harjani, Infojini Inc.

Do the terms SEO and IT leave you scratching your head? Do you sit in front of the computer screen and just say, "Huh?"? Join us as we untangle your on-line web of confusion. This interactive discussion will highlight common web based marketing, parental communication and IT solutions for your child care program.

 1. Teacher Track: "Inclusive Child Care - Supporting and Balancing the Needs of All Children" Adrienne Robertiello, Special Health Care Educator, Children's Specialized Hospital

This workshop will emphasize the benefits of inclusion for children with and with out disabilities as well as child care providers. Providers play a critical role in facilitating positive relationships and modeling interactions. Common issues such as communication with parents, fostering development, providing support and balancing children's needs in the classroom will be discussed.

 2. Director Track: "Effective and Not So Evil Evaluations" Lynette Galante, President, Future Generation Educational Consulting Services,
