To become a Festival Artist and attend the full week of Art Song Festival & Workshop activities you must register by clicking the registration button below. You must also submit a recording of two songs from contrasting styles in English, Italian, German, or French. Please mail all recordings, the application fee and any tuition balances to the address below.
DEADLINES
May 31 - Registration, the application fee and the participation fee are due by this date. Registrations received after May 31 are considered late registrations and will be subject to a $25 late registration fee. In addition, those who register after May 31 are not guaranteed a performance slot.
June 1 - No monies will be refunded after this date! (The application fee is non-refundable)
June 15 - No late registrations will be accepted after this date!
June 23 - Final due date for all outstanding tuition & fees, including late fees

FEES & OTHER COSTS
Tuition including the application fee, is $375 for the week and does NOT include travel expenses, or food.
Dorm Housing (optional) is available on campus in dorms for $100-$160 for the week, depending on the room options you choose. Please visit UT Residence Life for details. Reserve your room with Residence Life and let them know you are participating in a Music Department workshop. You will pay them directly for your room. Meals are not provided. There are many locations on and off campus where meals can be purchased. We also have a refrigerator, microwave and a student lounge if you want to bring your own.
Travel is not covered. The nearest airports are Toledo Express Airport (TOL) or the Detroit Metro (DTW) airport. Toledo is also serviced by Amtrak and Greyhound. Transportation to and from the airport/station is on your own.
