Guidewell Financial Solutions HUD-Approved Homeownership Education Is Here!

Are you interested in buying a home in Baltimore City? Guidewell Financial Solutions offers a HUD-approved homeownership education workshop to help you reach this goal. The workshop covers all of the elements of the home buying process from financial preparation and credit review to mortgage financing and closing and is avaliable in both in-person and online format. 

 In addition to the educational workshop in-person or online, you will also need to schedule and attend a one-on-one counseling session in order to qualify for Baltimore City and Maryland State Settlement Assistance programs. Counseling sessions are provided at 3816 Edmondson Avenue, Baltimore 21229 Connexion Point Church location.

In-Person Workshops: The next Baltimore City homeownership workshop will take place on Saturday, October 28, 2017 at the Connexion Point Churh located at 3816 Edmondson Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21229. The in-person workshop is free of charge for households up to 2 attendees.
