Circuit Training For Young Athletes

Join us for a week of body conditioning or resistance training using high intensity aerobic exercises targeting strength and muscle endurance.

 Where: A-State HPESS, Room 101

When: July 28th-August 1st

Time: 2:00 p.m.-4:00 p.m.

Grades: 3rd-12th

Cost: $75.00
