In the business world, there are different definitions of S&OP and Master Scheduling, and since these two processes are so often confused, this short session will explain how S&OP and Master Scheduling are the same, AND how they are different.
We will walk through the general business hierarchy, to get acquainted as to where each process fits, and how its output is validated.
In Master Scheduling, we will take a walk through a supermarket [curious?].
After this session, you will be able to evaluate what is going on in your company, and what gaps may exist (that you can close), on your journey to supply chain excellence!
