Jacob Haiavy, MD is a leader in the field of Cosmetic surgery. He has authored a number of articles related to facial rejuvenation including facelifts and lip augmentation. In addition, he is considered an expert in breast augmentation. He has published articles in the American Journal of Cosmetic Surgery, as well as the Journal of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.

Craig Saunders, MD is an experienced orthopedic-sports medicine surgeon and is now using his artistic and surgical talents to help patients discover their harmony. He has an avid interest in adult stem cells, specifically from the mesenchymal origin for natural fat augmentations and joint rejuvenation. Fat transplantation is important with regard to body sculpting, breast augmentation and buttocks augmentation, as well as hand and facial rejuvenation.

About the event

Millennium Medical Technologies, Inc. (MMT) is offering a 2-day training course for physicians only. This workshop with provide all the knowledge necessary to harvest and use ADRC's whether "TICKLE LIPO" or other adipose extraction modalities. A full understanding of the supporting laboratory equipment involved will be demonstrated and you will learn proper adipose harvesting (settings/cannulas/collection), handling (sterility), and protocol techniques to insure cell viability for grafting and therapeutics.

Some other subjects that will be covered include; methodologies in qualifying and quantifying adipose, different cell counting and viability testing assays (microscopy), proper specimen processing for cryogenic preservation and flow cytometry, and important steps to follow if using enzymes. This course will also provide literature and standard operating procedure documentation for everything covered during the workshop.
