Course Description
This course is designed to introduce students to the role and function of Head Start requirements of ERSEA Performance Standards. Emphasis will be placed on developing program processes and systems in order to comply with NEW ERSEA Performance Standards requirement. Students will use sample community assessments to determine issues and strengths as well as how to use this information in the ERSEA process.
