LAW ENFORCEMENT EXPO
VENDOR REGISTRATION
The Texas Gang Investigators Association is preparing for its 2023 conference in San Antonio, Texas. Our vendors are an invaluable part of this event and we would like you to consider being a vendor at TGIA's Law Enforcement Expo to be held Sunday, June 25, 2023 through Friday, June 30, 2023 at the San Antonio Colonnade Hotel in San Antonio, Texas. Our vendors have access to more than 1,000 law enforcement professionals from local, state, and federal agencies.
HIGHLIGHTS AND REASONS TO BE A VENDOR AT TGIA'S LAW ENFORCEMENT EXPO:
- The TGIA conference has SOLD OUT the last couple of years and demand has exceeded capacity. So, you KNOW that by signing up to be a vendor, you will have access to more than 1,000 law enforcement, probation, parole, corrections officials as well as prosecutors and judges from throughout the country.
- TGIA aims to provide you maximum exposure to our attendees by hosting a Vendor Hospitality Night (Tuesday, June 27, 2023), focused on showcasing your business and products/services.
- The Law Enforcment Expo area will be held in an area specifically dedicated to vendors which fosters a dedicated environment to highlight your products/services.
- In an effort to provide ample networking opportunities with our attendees, vendors have access to all special events held after-hours with attendees throughout the week including Vendor Hospitality Night, Networking by the Pool, Nightly Hospitality on the 20th Floor, and TGIA's Banquet on Thursday, June 29, 2023.
- In addition to exposure to the 1,000+ attendees, TGIA will also distribute your business' logo, description of product/service, and link to your company to our entire membership by hosting its vendors' logos on our website, conference app, and conference signage.
- Our TGIA vendors are like family -- we are proud that several of our vendors have been attending since our first conference in 1991.
The fee for a vendor booth is $500. This vendor fee includes:
AT Event:
- (1) 6ft. table
- (2) chairs
- (1) electric outlet (standard 110)
- Business logo and description of your service/product(s) in the Conference App.
- (2) tickets to TGIA's Networking Event on Thursday, June 29, 2023
Other:
- Business logo on TGIA's website for 1 year (June 2023 - June 2024)
- Logo and description of service with link to business in TGIA's E-newsletter to be distributed in August 2023
SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES:
- While completing your registration you will see there are several options for various sponsorships at the TGIA Conference. If you have any questions about any of these, don't hesitatate to contact our secretary at secretary@tgia.net.
Logistics:
Set-up/Load-in: (You can choose to set up either day.) Sunday is our Registration Day, and the first day people will be walking around looking for you. We understand this makes for a long week, but want to give our vendors the opportunity to choose when they set up and break down their booths.
- Sunday, June 25, 2023 - 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Monday, June 26, 2023 - 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Dismantling/Load-out: There is no specific time for dismantling. You are welcome to remove your booth any time during the week as your schedule deems appropriate. However, all vendor materials and products must be removed by 1:00 p.m. on Friday, June 30, 2023.
Hotel Information:
The Westin San Antonio North is our host hotel for the conference. We typically fill up very fast (in 1 to 2 days) after opening our registration. For this reason we are opening the Vendor Registration first this year, to give you the opportunity to obtain a room at the host hotel if you wish. Please check your confirmation email for a link to register in the TGIA Block of the hotel.
