CAFFA: Parenting Through Adoption Conference - Attendee Registration 

• You may register up to 2 people on the registration form.
  
  
• Prior to filling out the form, please review the Session 1 - 5 Descriptions on our Conference Web Page and remember your selections for each time slot. Also, please check out the options for lunch.  
  
  
• For each Session, you may either choose one of the workshops listed, or the option “Free Time.”  We are offering this option so that if you choose, you may take this time to view the Exhibits, Bookstore, and/or Fair Trade Vendors.
  
  
• Please review the lunch choices, as your meal selections are also required on this form.

Membership Rates

• If you are not already a CAFFA member, you may select the ticket type Individual Ticket + CAFFA Membership in order to become a CAFFA member and take advantage of reduced conference rates.
• After checking out, be sure to finish activating your membership using the CAFFA Membership Form.
