TPREIA and InterNACHI are offering these classes in the San Marcos on Friday, January 22, 2016 and Saturday, January 23, 2016. Each class is approved for 8 hours of TREC continued education, you can obtain 16-hours CE with these classes. Classes begin at 8AM until 5PM each day.  These two classes are being offered in San Marcos this year, rather than in the San Antonio and Austin areas individually.  So if you live around this area, you will want to attend these classes. This educational event presents you with the REQUIRED TREC 8-Hour Texas Standards of Practice/Legal/Ethics Update Class plus and an additional 8-hours on Saturday.

FRIDAY, Learn about the "NEW" TREC 7-5 Inspection Report with the changes and the "NEW" Standards of Practice/Legal/Ethics Update requirements for ALL Texas TREC Licensed Inspectors. With the recent changes, penalties, report form and Standards of Practice, you need to know and understand the TREC Rules and State Laws for TREC Licensed Inspectors.  TREC Approved Instructors #7, Clay Collins and TREC Instructor License #9, Paul Roebuck,  will present this required and important class. 

SATURDAY, Learn about Pre-Drywall/ Pre-Cover Inspection for New Construction. If you do these types of inspections, you will benefit from this class. There are literally hundreds of items to be inspected that you don't want to miss.  Jim Hime, TREC Instructor License #23 will present this informative class and share vital information with you while answering your questions.
