Are you inspecting HVAC systems correctly?

Do you really understand what you are looking at or how they actually work?

Have questions about HVAC systems?  Attend this class and get those answers.

Learn about the TREC Standards of Practice requirements for inspecting HVAC systems and the correct way to perform these inspections. Attendees will be taught the functionality of HVAC systems and their operating characteristics. Learn about the elements of an HVAC system, how these systems function and what to look for during your inspections.

This course will describe the basic functionality and how to determine the system operations using a system diagnostic matrix and learn how to define the different parameters required to check an HVAC system for correct operation. We will also discuss the importance of proper and adequate air flow and proper duct installation methods.
