Wound Treatment: Beyond Dressings

a free webinar for Long Term Care Interdisciplinary Team Members

Successful wound healing goes beyond accurate assessment and appropriate dressing selection. It involves collaboration from all members of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan Team (IDT).

Join VHQC and special guest speaker, Sue Creehan, RN, CWON, on Tuesday, August 28 from 1:00 to 2:00 pm as  we take an in-depth look at the fundamental contributions IDT members make to enhance resident wound care. Discussion will also focus on wound care tools, such as support surfaces, heel protectors and positioning aids, that assist IDT members with their work.

Administrators, Directors of Nursing Services and IDT members are encouraged to attend this informational session.
