The Slocum Research & Education Foundation in joint providership with Oregon Health & Science University School of Medicine is invites physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and allied health professionals to attend our 29th Annual Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Update, a live webinar event on December 4, 2021. No in-person attendance is permitted. A Zoom webinar link will be emailed to all registrants one day prior and the morning of the event.

Registration: Pre-registration online is required by December 3, 2021 (link below). Please make sure to register with an email you can access to retreive your CME certificate and conference registration receipt.
Cost of Attendance: The cost of attendance is $75.00 for MD/DO and $60.00 for non-MD/DO. Early bird discounts in October. Use code EARLY25 to receive 25% off registration fee before November 1, 2021. Secure payment is available online using Visa, MasterCard or American Express. No same day registration is available; advance registration is required. Refunds are available up until one day prior to the event (minus a $5.00 processing fee). No refunds available on or after December 3, 2021.
