Your Hemophilia & Thrombosis Treatment Center at UC San Diego Health and Rady Children's Hospital would like to cordially invite you and your family to attend our annual Patient Wellness & Education Day. This day is devoted to our patients, their families and caregivers to provide a day of education on overall patient wellness. Come and meet your Hemophilia Treatment Center healthcare team and hear talks from leaders in their fields.
Holloween is right around the corner, come dressed in your best (or spookiest) costume. Paint pumpkins, and also collect treats as you learn. Call your HTC if you need help getting to the Patient Wellness & Education Day
Our Spooktivities and Learning will include: Applying to college, Transitioning Insurances, New Factorless Treatments, Gene Therapy, Hemophilia and the Brain, Pumpkin Painting, Mask Decorating and more!
By attending you will be eligible for our Raffle's which includes great giveaways like a PS4, restaurant gift cads, Dave & Busters gift cards and more!
