"Tapping into Universal Energy" Course with Diane Foster
Diane Foster, Master Energy Worker, from Troy, NY teaches us how to tap into the unlimited resources of the Universe, to disengage from negative energy in our workplace & surroundings, that drains, exhausts and limits us. We will establish an energy routine that helps us to stay grounded and spiritually protected in our healing practice.
Together, we will embark on an amazing journey where we will discuss Energy, the Neutral Mind, Universal Consciousness and more. We will discover the difference between working within the constraints of accepted knowledge vs tapping into the unlimited resources of the Universe. We will learn how to tune into the frequency of the Universe, and also how to build your Neutral (Quiet) Mind using a technique based on Kriya meditation. This will help you as you continue on your path to discover your soul’s purpose.
The Importance of Protection & Disengaging from Negative Energy
At the end of the day, are you emotionally drained, mentally fatigued and physically exhausted? Is disengaging from the negative energy created from the drama around you difficult to do? We will learn about different techniques and tools that will help you energetically hold your space (protection) and disengage from negative energy. Together we will harness the Universe and create an energetic protection by understanding the power of intent and by using a technique based on Kriya meditation. We will learn the foundations of setting your own ‘energy routine’.

Diane Foster is certified as a Master Practitioner in both Usui and Karuna Reiki® and has also obtained her certification as an Integrated Energy Therapy® Master Instructor. She has studied Jin Shin Jyutsu® and is also a certified Metatronic Healing® Practitioner.
