Rev. Diana Friedell

Diana Friedell

Metaphysician, Minister, Teacher, Actress, and Director, received her advanced training in the Spiritualist tradition.  She has been doing readings & healings for 20 years. Diana is a 2004 graduate of the School for Healing and Prophecy through Fellowships of the Spirit in Lily Dale, NY, and a graduate of SUNY Oneonta, where she studied teaching and theatre.  Diana currently serves as Pastor & Co-Director at ISD Oneonta.

Rev. Renee Ranke

Renee Ranke is a psychic medium, channel, and spiritual healer. She works with the Institute for Spiritual Development in Oneonta, NY as a minister, sanctioned healer, and adult education instructor. In her ongoing search for metaphysical knowledge, Renee has studied with various teachers through Lily Dale, NY, Omega Institute, and Edgar Cayce’s Association for Research and Enlightenment.

Her passion is helping others discover ways to align their physical world with the beauty and grace of their spiritual self. Finding, embracing, and developing your own unique divine connection can bring peace and calm in the midst of life’s inevitable storms.

Rev. Story Ducey

Story Lucile Ducey, a seer since childhood, is an academically trained philosopher and classically trained Psychic-Medium. She is a Faculty Member, & co-Director at ISD.

35 years of experience in teaching Metaphysics  in the Metropolitan New York area. Story is a former faculty and board member of the Metaphysical Center of New Jersey, a graduate of Columbia University, and The New Seminary.

Meditation is a self-care practice that allows us to quiet our minds, calm our physical bodies, and go within to reach a heightened level of awareness. This three-part zoom class looks at the art, the history, the science, and the magic of meditation from three unique perspectives. Join Diana, Story, and Renee as they lead you on a journey towards discovering the benefits and joys of meditation for yourself.

Whether you are a beginner looking for the health benefits of meditation, and Body/Mind/Soul connection, or whether you are an experienced meditator looking for tips to strengthen your existing practices, this class is for you.

A meditation practice can help you clear and strengthen your connection to Spirit and Universal Energy for intuitive and healing work and help you to develop an internal connection that will assist with day-to-day life.

Meditation for Mystics,  Part II 

This experiential class, with psychic medium Renee Ranke, will look at the benefits attributed to meditation, the history behind it, and touch on some meditative techniques and practices.

But most importantly, we will discuss what you find to be challenges and blocks to starting your own meditative practice; so bring your own experiences and be ready to share!

Let’s take some of the struggle out of meditation by throwing the ‘rule book’ away. Together we will try to figure out what might just work for you!!

Meditation for Mystics, Part III with Story Ducey

In this class, Story Ducey, "the Ivy League Psychic”, weaves together mystical Judaic, Christian, and Eastern perspectives & practices within the context of modern scientific research into 'Consciousness Studies'.

 ‘Beginning and Intermediate levels' - This Class focuses on practicing a variety of techniques in class. The goal is to learn what works for you and how to integrate these meditation and intuitive development-reading techniques into your personal and work life. Human energy fields, meditation, and quantum physics.
