Instruction by Chris Morris
Saturday, August 3rd 8:00am-9:30am
This class introduces students to the basic rules and ideas in portraiture. Students will learn about modifying light with minimal tools as well as shooting in monochrome. Workflow will also be discussed. It is recommended to have either taken the Digital Beginner Class or already have a basic understanding of your camera's controls and how to shoot in modes other than auto.
What to bring to class:
No need for tripod or other photography tools for this class. Since we will be shooting on location, the less you have to keep up with the better.
Don't forget to check your camera to make sure the battery is charged and that you have an empty memory card!
Introduction to Portraiture is taught by Chris Morris. Chris has a B.F.A. in Graphic Design and an M.F.A. in Photography.
