There have been three previous trainings offered to supervisors of wraparound in the state of Ohio over the last three years. This year’s session will bring together key content from each of the previous sessions and emphasize supervisory opportunities to utilize this content in daily and weekly supervision activities with staff who deliver wraparound planning and support with families. Pathways for integrating key content areas, the Ohio practice guides, and staff-based learning cycles will be examined and practiced during this session.
Learning objectives
1.) Participants will review key content related to core wraparound functions, the Ohio practice guides, and data-based learning cycles in preparation for developing an individualized plan for integrating these approaches in their supervision work
2.) Participants will learn strategies and tools for integrating these key content areas in their work with staff
3.) Participants will develop an individualized action plan for further developing their use of these and other tools
