Self-Directed Services with DDS
presented by DDS Self-Direction Manager Pamela Hickey, with Family Empowerment and Autism Connections
Self-Directed Services from DDS offer the most flexibility to arrange and customize supports based on an individual’s needs and preferences. The individual (or family) can make decisions about how to use the DDS funded allocation. These service models are for adults aged 22 and older.

-Types of Self-Direction: Agency with Choice,
-Comparison to traditional service model
-How to develop a plan
-Examples of Self-Directed service plan
