The Waccamaw Sportsmen’s Expo event features live demonstrations, handcrafted goods, wildlife education, game cuisine and a DockDogs competition. Only OUTDOOR LIFESTYLE and WILDLIFE CATEGORY vendors will be admitted to the juried vendor selection process. Vendors will be notified via email of admission or rejection within one week of application.

Vendor Rules & Regulations:
- All vendor applications will be evaluated for this juried event.
- Vendors will be notified via email of admission or rejection within one week of application.
- Rejected vendor fees will be refunded.
- Gun vendors are not permitted.
- Vendors spaces and categories are limited. Applications are accepted on a first come, first serve basis.
- Accepted vendor fees are non-refundable. The event is rain or shine. No fees will be returned in case of
bad weather.
- Tents are required. You must furnish your own tent and tables.
- Vendor spaces are on pavement and power is not available.
- The event starts at 10:00 am. Vendors may begin checking in at 7:00 AM.
- All vehicles must be removed from the vendor area by 9:00 AM.
- The event ends at 5:00 PM and vendors may begin breaking down at 5:00 PM.
- SC Department of Revenue requires a SC Retail License Number for event vendors and attends vendor events to verify this information.
Accepted vendors will receive load-in information one week prior to the event.
