2011 UC Davis Study and Intern Abroad Fair 

Registration for the Fall 2011 University of California-Davis Study and Intern Abroad Fair is officially open! This year, the fair is scheduled for Thursday, September 29, 2011—a primetime slot during UC Davis Fall Welcome and a great opportunity to reach thousands of UC Davis Aggies who are looking for a study, intern, or volunteer abroad program that best meets their needs.

The fair will take place on the West Quad in the heart of the UC Davis campus (adjacent to the Memorial Union). The Memorial Union houses our main student coffee shop, bookstore, and numerous student services. The Quad is a large tree-shaded lawn where our students relax between classes, hang out with friends, and enjoy the the sun!

Who Should Attend: 
Organizations offering study, work, volunteer, and internship abroad opportunities that are interested in reaching the UC Davis campus community.

1. Promote your study, work, volunteer, and internship abroad programs to UC Davis students
2. Gain access to a large population of students with expressed interest in international opportunities
3. Highlight your organization in campus web, social media, and print outlets
4. Network with professional colleagues and other exhibitors!

Shipping Materials In Advance Of The Fair:
Due to limited space in our office, we have contracted with an off-site storage company, Bekins Pacific Storage Company, to hold fair materials. Organizations that wish to ship materials in advance of the fair can ship them to Bekins Pacific Storage Company, who will deliver the boxes to the UC Davis campus on the morning of the fair.  To ensure your materials are delivered to UC Davis on time for the fair, please follow these guidelines:

• Materials should arrive at Bekins Pacific Storage Company between Sept. 19 and Sept. 26, 2011.
• Boxes should be clearly labeled “Hold for UC Davis Study Abroad Fair” in large letters. This will help warehouse staff to easily identify materials for the fair.

Certificate of Insurance
A Certificate of Insurance (COI) on file for each exhibitor is required. Exhibitors must supply UC Davis a Certificate of Insurance from the agency of your choice with the following information no later than Tuesday, August 31, 2011:

1. General Liability Insurance with at least $1,000,000 worth of coverage
2. Individual or Company name must be listed on the policy as Insured
3. The REGENTS OF THE UNIVERSITY OF CALIFORNIA must be listed as “additional insured”
4. The certificate must list the INSURER’S name and contact information
5. The policy start and end date must be valid and listed on the certificate
6. Auto Liability Insurance with at least  $1,000,000 worth of coverage–if a representative will be driving on University property
7. Proof of WORKER’S COMPENSATION insurance coverage–if a company employee will be working on University property
