PNTC NEW MEMBER WAIT LIST  

PNTC memberships are available through the terms of the PNTC New Member Wait List.

Joining the PNTC New Member Wait List requires a $50 Deposit.

The $50 deposit is due now and will be applied toward your final membership payment which will be due when you are contacted by PNTC as a membership spot becomes available. 

STANDARD PNTC Memberships are currently ONLY $200 plus tax annually, and this price is subject to change at the sole discretion of PNTC management.   

* FOR NON-MEMBERS THE PUBLIC RANGE FEE IS $40 PER DAY.

* MEMBERS DO NOT PAY TO USE THE INDEPENDENCE, LIBERTY OR PATRIOT RANGES AT THIS TIME.

Peacemaker National Training Center, LLC (“PNTC”) established a New Member Wait List (the “Wait List”) to give responsible gun owning citizens the opportunity to be the first in line to join PNTC as membership space becomes available for new members. This Membership Wait List Agreement (“Agreement”) states the terms and conditions of the Wait List and your obligations under the Wait List. Please read this Agreement carefully.

Terms and Conditions

1)     Complete the online Wait List registration

2)     The Wait List permits ONE person to apply for PNTC membership

3)     A deposit of $50 is required to join the Wait List. All deposits will be applied toward your membership balance when you are contacted to submit your PNTC membership application, as membership space allows.

4)     We require full payment (less waitlist deposit) at the time of membership application submission and within one week of PNTC contacting you regarding membership opportunity. 

5)     Your deposit holds your place on the Wait List, but it DOES NOT GUARANTEE MEMBERSHIP APPROVAL. Your membership approval is conditional upon your full and timely payment, complete and accepted membership application, and ability to complete the safety orientation at PNTC.

6)     We will contact you when membership openings become available

7)     After registering and making your deposit, there are no additional fees to hold your position on the Wait List. You will remain on the Wait List until you are contacted to formally apply for membership.

8)     If you request to be removed from the Wait List, you must email PNTC at info@peacemakernational.com, with the the subject line of the email stating: WITHDRAW FROM WAIT LIST REQUEST, or you must mail a letter to PNTC requesting to be taken off the wait list:  PNTC, 1624 Brannons Ford Rd., Gerrardstown, WV 25420.

9)     If you send in the appropriate Wait List removal request, PNTC will refund your full $50 deposit, less a $3 processing fee. REFUNDS FOR PROPERLY RECEIVED REFUND REQUESTS WILL BE PROCESSED ONCE PER YEAR ON JANUARY 10^th.

10)   If or when we reach your spot on the Wait List, or if other opportunities become available, you will be contacted by a PNTC Office representative. You may be contacted via telephone, physical mail or e-mail. For this reason, it is extremely important that your submit CURRENT contact information with your online registration. IF YOU FAIL TO RESPOND TO PNTC's EFFORTS TO CONTACT YOU AND COMPLETE YOUR MEMBERSHIP PROCESS WITHIN 10 DAYS YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR POSITION ON THE WAITLIST AND YOUR $50 DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED! 11) PNTC MAY AT IT'S SOLE DETERMINATION AND WITHOUT NOTICE MODIFY THE TERMS WAIT LIST AT ANY TIME.

By Clicking "Register Now", you represent that (a) you are at least  (21) years of age or older, (b) you have completed the form on behalf of yourself and (c) all contact information on the form is accurate and truthful. In the event that you misrepresent any information in (a)-(c) above, or violate any other term or condition of this Agreement, we reserve the right to remove your name from the Wait List and retain your deposit.

You agree to notify us promptly of any change to your phone number or e-mail address using the procedure set forth above. If you have not notified us of any change to your phone number, physical address or e-mail address, you agree that your failure to provide us with the proper contact information is the lack of ordinary care on your part, and we will not be responsible for any loss that occurs as a result of this failure.

Your membership on the Wait List may be revoked at any time if you fail to the respond to PNTC efforts to contact you within one week of PNTC’s effort to contact you. In addition, your deposit will be subject to forfeiture if you break any rule, regulation, or policy of the Agreement. Importantly, if you provide us with any false and/or inaccurate contact information on the application form (i.e. name, address, phone number, and /or e-mail address) or fail to properly update such contact information, we reserve the right to remove your name from the Wait List and retain your deposit.

THE PARTIES HEREBY AGREE TO SUBMIT TO THE JURISDICTION OF THE COURTS LOCATED IN THE STATE OF WEST VIRGINIA FOR THE PURPOSES OF ALL LEGAL PROCEEDINGS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT AND/OR THE TRANSACTIONS CONTEMPLATED HEREBY.
