Relationship can sometimes seem like the last frontier of spiritual practice. Because there’s so much that goes on inside when we're interacting with others, it's easy to lose awareness and fall back into old, unhelpful habits of relating. Bringing receptive mindfulness and wise reflection to our encounters is not only possible, it’s a deeply educational process that paves the way for significant positive change.
This half-day mindfulness workshop will focus on improving our relationships by including them in our daily life practice. Through reflection, group process and meditation we’ll explore topics like compassion with safe boundaries, forgiveness, releasing the need to change or judge others, and relational mindfulness practices. You’ll come away with skills and understandings that will help you find your way toward more harmonious, compassionate and fulfilling relationships.
