In these busy times it is easy to lose sight of what is most meaningful in our lives sometimes taking for granted so much of this precious life. The practice of Mindfulness Meditation, mindful Yoga, mindful walking and mindful eating, in a mostly silent day long format, with the support of community and experienced teachers, allows us to cultivate our true and natural compassionate presence. This presence then becomes a gift to all whose lives we touch. You are invited to join us for a day of practice, to clear our minds and open our hearts. This Day will be informed by the well researched work of Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn, Dr. Chris Germer and Dr. Kristin Neff who’s research shows that these practices also have measurable effects on our mental and physical well- being.
