UWECTx Fight Holiday Hunger Food Packaging Event

Thank you for your interest in the United Way Food Packaging Event hosted by the United Way of East Central Texas.  There are many ways that you can help make this event a success!

Bulk Item Volunteer - 1:45 pm-4:30 pm- Volunteers will be moving the bulk food packages to the packing stations and retrieving and palletizing completed and sealed serving boxes.  Must have the ability to safely handle @50 lb. items for an extended time period. 

Packaging Team Volunteer - 1:45 pm-4 pm - Will be part of a 14 person team packaging food that will be given to our local food distribution agencies.  Anyone willing to stay for clean up is appreciated. 

Line Leader - 1 pm-4:30 pm - Will help set up your food packaging line, lead a packaging line/team and help clean up after the packaging volunteers leave.
Line Sponsor - $300 With sponsorship, the business will be acknowledged on signage at the event and throughout various marketing tools.  Signage will be placed at all lines with the sponsor for that line.

 This event is hosted by the United Way of  East/Central Texas.
