Register for the Retreat by December 31, 2018 to use 2018 Membership. After December 31st you will need to renew your TBCWEA Membership to get Member pricing.

Member Rate is $190, and Non-Member Rate is $220.  Registrations received after February 20, 2019, will incur a $25/per person late fee.

Have a credit card ready. Payment for your conference registration can be made by credit card (through Pay Pal) or check after completing this form for all attendees.  If paying by check, please note you need to mail your check to the Austin, TX, address provided.  Your registration will be considered pending until your check has been received.

Conference Notes:

Although we love children, children are not permitted at TBCWE conferences. This does include nursing infants. Thank you for helping us with this!

We do not offer refunds on conference fees, however they can be transferred to other attendees.
