Register and pay for all of your staff on this form. After your information has been entered, select "ADD" under Staff Members Information to enter each of your staff members who will be attending.

Have a credit card ready, payment for your conference registration can be made by credit card or check after completing this form for all attendees.  If paying by check, you must mail your check to the address provided.  Your registration will be considered pending until your check has been received. No refunds will be issued.

If you choose to pay by check, the check must be received by the date of the conference or registrants will not be considered registered participants. If registration was made prior to the early registration deadline and payment was not received by early registration deadline, you will not receive the early bird rate and will be required to pay the late fee for each participant registered.

Lunch is not included in the registration fee. Food options include: purchasing onsite, bringing your lunch, or “going out for lunch”. A morning and afternoon snack will be provided.

Please remember that although TBCWE loves children they are not permitted at our events.

2019 theme t-shirts will be available for purchase at the conference. But remember, if you register for all 3 days, you will receive a FREE t-shirt. So be sure to indicate on the registration from, your preference for the free t-shirt and the size.

Early Bird Registration Rates end on Monday, July 15, 2019 at midnight. All registrations received after July 15, will incur a $25 late fee per person.
