2019 Annual Summer Conference - Guest Meals

Guest Meal Registration

Conference attendees registered to attend the 2019 OACAA Annual Summer Conference at Kalahri, July 24-26, 2019, may now seperatly purchase a bundled meal plate for guests who are not registered to attend the conference but will be joining them at the Kalahari Resort. A bundled plate purchase includes up to five (5) meals as part of the conference buffet. This optional purchase is $25.00 per person and may not be shared. Individual meal purchase options are not available. Pre-purchase only, no on-site meal options are available. 

Guests must come appropriately dressed and must maintain proper conduct during meal events.

• Wednesday, July 24th:
  • Breakfast, 7:00 am - 8:00 am, Speaker Phil Cole
  • Lunch, 12:00 pm - 12:35 pm, District Meetings to immediately follow
• Thursday, July 25th: 
  • Breakfast, 7:00 am - 8:00 am, Speaker Gwen Robinson
  • Lunch, 12:00 pm - 1:30pm, Service Awards and Speaker TBA
• Friday, July 26th: 
  • Breakfast, 7:30 am - 8:30am, OCA to immediately follow

To register guests, you must include: 

1. The primary registrant's name
2. The guest's name, and age

When the primary registrant checks in at the conference, let the registration table know that you purchased additional meals.
