Ready for a REALLY fresh start?

You have already attended at least one juice fasting retreat, and know all the basics! You know that women find these retreats to be very empowering in their relationship to food to jumpstart their metabolism, break food addictions, and/or make better food choices! Now it's time to take it to the next level!!  

No, we won't be sleeping on beds of nails and walking on hot coals! We're going to delve deeper into the science behind optimal nutrition, fasting and juicing, and study the latest research on nutrition. We'll have more juices with Super Foods and lower sugar content. The main focus this year will be to delve deeper into creating an action-based wellness plan to help you beyond the retreat. I also now have a monthly FREE wellness potluck group that meets if you are looking for an extended wellness tribe. I encourage you to consider extending your juice fast beyond the retreat. We're all ready for this challenge - let's do it!!

The weekend retreat will still include all of your favorite things such as organic, fresh juices, broth, herbal teas, yoga, breathing exercises, meditation, an opportunity to create a vision board, a gentle sweatlodge, classes on fasting and juicing, goal setting and lodging.

Important change: We will hire someone to take care of all of our juice preparation and cleanup this weekend, thus a slightly extra $15 charge per person this retreat! You already know how to juice, so we want you to be able to focus all of your attention on your own journey this weekend! This means more in-depth workshops and discussions, less time in the kitchen! 

We will have many kinds of practitioners available this retreat, including massage therapy, reflexology, energy healing, tarot card reading and others. All treatments are offered at a deeply discounted rates of $35/30 mins., $65/60 mins., and $100/90 minute increments.

The Light Center is a wonderful, natural, and serene environment structured especially for retreats. Accomodations include either shared loft space with your own futon, or a private bedroom with a queen bed. As always, please note that scholarships or payments are also available to anyone who is interested, as we like for everyone to be able to participate if they need this work to help them on their wellness journey.
