8-Ball Doubles National Qualifier 

AWin and receive travel assistance for a trip to Vegas to compete in the APA 8 Ball Doubles Championship Event at the Poolplayer Championships from April 30th - May 3rd.

IMPORTANT!!!  We only received 1 slot in the National Event this year, so we will play down to 1 winner.  The runner up will also get travel assistance to go to Las Vegas to experience the rest of the event (play in MiniMania, see Pro demos, visit vendors, experience Vegas)  IF we are able to get another slot at the last minute, the slot will be paid for and given to the runner up.

Details Below:

• Prize - $1600 to the winning team for travel assistance (Based on a full field) and a slot to play in the National APA 8 Ball Doubles tournament
  • The Runner Up will also get the $1600 in travel assistance to attend the Poolplayer Championships and IF another slot is obtained, it will go to them.
• Teams that enter MUST be able to attend the National Championships!
• Available to the first 64 paid teams
• Entry Fee is $30 per person ($60 per team)
• Players must be active on an APA 8-ball team in the Greater DC Area
• Format is 8-ball Scotch doubles - Modified Single Elimination
• Minimum combined skill level is 6, Maximum combined skill level is 10
• Players must have 20 8-Ball scores on their record in the last 2 years to be eligible to compete
• Doors open at 10am, play starts at 11am
• Any partner changes MUST be submitted via email to office@teamapa.com before Wednesday 2/12
