Peter Reynolds: Guest host and recipient of the first Creative Leadership Award!
Peter H. Reynolds is a New York Times Bestselling Author/Illustrator and the founder of FableVision, a multimedia company that inspires people of all ages to be lifelong learners. Peter visited Puppet Showplace as a child and we are pleased to present him with our very first Creative Leadership Award.
David Syrotiak: Master artist and recipient of the first Paul Vincent Davis Award!
David Syrotiak is a master puppeteer who founded the National Marionette Theatre in 1967. He has toured all over the world, and his work has been recognized with two UNIMA citations for outstanding puppetry productions. His sons, David and Peter, now regularly perform at Puppet Showplace Theatre and carry on their father's legacy from their home base in Brattleboro,VT.

The Paul Vincent Davis Award is named for the theater's co-founder and former Artistic Director who will be there to present it. The award honors exceptional artistry, mentorship and service in the field of puppetry.
Puppet Showplace Theatre was founded in 1974, and remains the first and only year-round dedicated puppetry presenter in New England. We have survived 38 years, but we need YOUR help to continue into the future. We rely on donations for our operating costs, and the proceeds from this event will help ensure that we continue on, next year and beyond.
