Parentpower Workshop: Emotional Safety for You  & Your Family

An Online Program for Parents & Other Caring Adults

Use Kidpower's proven emotional safety strategies to protect and empower yourself and your loved ones of all ages. Learn how to:

  • Recognize trouble early, online and in person
  • Move away from trouble digitally, emotionally, and physically
  • Project awareness, calm, and confidence no matter how you feel
  • Take charge of emotional triggers - so they don't rule behavior
  • Be safe in the face of threats, harassment, & other hurting words
  • Set, respect, and protect personal boundaries
  • Advocate persistently for safety - to protect yourself and others
  • Teach these strategies to your loved ones to keep them safe
  • Use Kidpower principles to support cultures of safety in personal and professional online and in-person groups and communities.

This US$60 program includes one-on-one support by email with questions before and after the workshop as well as links to resources to help you and your family apply, adapt, and practice the skills.

Workshop Fee: US$60/screen
 Partial scholarships are available.
