Pre-meeting Trainings (May 17, 2017):
Developing and Administering Structured Interviews
This one-day class reviews the latest interview research and addresses the entire structured interview lifecycle, from job analysis and question development through the training of interview panel members and the administration and scoring process.
Situational Judgment Tests - Measuring Qualifications and Fit
Situational Judgment Tests (SJTs) and SJT items offer a means to gauge the fit of a candidate's qualifications and skill set to the requirements of the job in an efficient, cost-effective manner. This course provides an overview of the design and use of SJTs and the value of this style of candidate assessment.
Training Registration Cost:
Early registration (by May 1) will be $175/members, or $225/non-members
Regular registration (after May 1) $200/members or $250/non-members

Dr. WRIPAC is a professional networking event that gives our members and guests an opportunity to socialize and get to know one another outside of the meeting.
Dr. WRIPAC will take place on Thursday, May 18, 2017.
